Delivery Policy
Small orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail, larger orders via Parcel Force and delivery charges will be reduced accordingly for reasons of viability. These orders can take up to 5 working days for delivery. Method of delivery will be e-mailed to you on dispatch, and a tracking number supplied where appropriate. Royal Mail and Parcel Force current charges apply - post and packing costs will stated on your quotation prior to placing your order via email telephone or hard copy depending on your enquiry.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to give us a call on 01656 751279 we will contact Parcel Force/Royal Mail and call you back to let you know what's happening.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 01656 751279 or e-mail using the site contact form within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Policy
If your discs are damaged on arrival or defective in any way you can return it/them to us within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a part or full refund for the price you paid for the disc or discs. (Original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by CJB Media will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return.

Cancelation policy
As CJB Media predominantly provide video services cancelation of a booking must be made 3 days prior to agreed start date of the work. Where location filming has been booked CJB Media require a minimum of 7 days notice in order to cancel actors, and crew. If cancelation is made after work has started CJB Media charges will be incurred.
